Equine Dentistry

"You can’t do today's work with yesterday's tools."

In order to perform the quality dentistry possible today, you must be equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation. With close to 30 years experience, we have the capability and knowledge to provide the best dentistry possible. To adequately access all areas of the mouth and dental arcades, the proper tools are essential.

Some indicators of dental problems:

  • Dropping of feed, especially grain
  • Weight loss
  • Head tossing/poor performance
  • Foul odor
  • Facial swelling
  • Excessive salivation
  • Poor appetite
  • Quidding (dropping wads of partially chewed hay)

We recommend that your horse's teeth be checked at least annually.
